After having ordered and paid you’ll want to try on your brand Abaya apparel as soon as possible. The same goes for us: we can’t wait to see you in our Abaya and we will do anything in our power to make that happen without delays.
All the orders will be processed within 24h after receiving the payment.
The EU shipping costs are € 3.95

RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
This also includes the article has been reduced.
If an item does not meet your expectations and you wish to return, you must
return the item with all accessories provided and in its original condition
and be in good condition.
The recall period expires fourteen days after the date on which you or a
third party designated by you, not being the carrier, takes physical
possession of the items. You must return or deliver the items to us
immediately after the date on which you notify us of your decision to
withdraw from the contract. You are on time if you return the item before
the fourteen days have expired.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by e-mail. You

Please state your name and order number.
And state any reason for return. You can also use the return form
supplied with your order.
Return costs are for the customer. If you return the entire order, we will
also refund the first shipping costs paid.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
